More info would help - do you cover her at night? When does she shiver and fall? All times of the day? Is she near a window? If so there may be something predator like outside the window. Does she also get nuts and seeds? Does she have a cuttle bone? This could be a very low calcium reaction if she does not get a calcium supplement. Is her poopy normal looking?
